The Cities hereby engage the Fire Department to furnish Fire Services as of its Operational Date, within the present and future corporate limits of the Cities, and the Fire Department agrees to provide the Fire Services upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the occurrence of Uncontrollable Circumstances.
