Examples of Uncontrollable Circumstances in a sentence
The following shall constitute a County Event of Default for purposes of this Agreement: The repeated or persistent failure or refusal by the County to fulfill any of its material obligations under this Agreement (unless that failure or refusal results from Uncontrollable Circumstances, which is governed by Article 12, or the fault of the Contractor), provided that the Contractor shall have given the County sixty (60) days prior written notice of the County’s failure to meet the specific obligation.
The Contractor and the services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement shall comply with all Applicable Laws and standards in effect at any given time regardless as to whether such Applicable Laws and standards are referred to by the County unless those requirements cannot be met or complied with as a result of County Fault or Uncontrollable Circumstances.
