Contractor Employees. CONTRACTOR agrees to secure at CONTRACTOR’s own expense all personnel necessary to carry out CONTRACTOR’s obligations under this Agreement. Such personnel shall not be deemed to be employees of the COUNTY nor have any direct contractual relationship with the COUNTY.
