Contractor Intellectual Property; COTS and Customized Software. The contractor retains ownership of all Contractor Intellectual Property, and any modifications thereto and derivatives thereof, that the contractor supplies to the State pursuant to the Contract. The contractor grants the State a non-exclusive, perpetual royalty-free license to use Contractor Intellectual Property delivered to the State for the purposes contemplated by the Contract.
