CONTRACTOR LICENSE. The Contractor shall maintain all Contractor license certifications and/or registrations required under the Florida Statutes for the term of the Contract. CONTRACTOR LICENSE. The Contractor declares that it possesses a valid State of Washington General Contractor's license in accordance with Title 18.27 of the Revised Code of Washington at the time of signing this Agreement. The Contractor shall affirm its license number and expiration date on this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR LICENSE. To the extent that any of Contractor’s Pre-Existing Intellectual Property and Contractor’s Intellectual Property developed after the Effective Date is embedded in any or constitute a Deliverable (“Integral Contractor IP”), then Contractor hereby grants to NMHIX, its Affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, contractors, and subcontractors, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, perform, display, modify, configure, create derivative works of and distribute the Integral Contractor IP, and engage a third party to supplement or replace Contractor’s Services or exercise these license rights on behalf of NMHIX, in the form intended under this Agreement, solely in connection with NMHIX’s use of the Services.
