Contractor Number. The Current Part D Plan Termination Date is the date that beneficiary is no longer receiving benefits under that Part D Plan. These dates are the most important for our data sharing partners because they let you know whether the beneficiary has actually elected coverage under Part D and the time period in which the Part D coverage became effective. In summary, a Medicare beneficiary can be eligible for Part D, but unless the beneficiary is enrolled in a Part D Plan, the beneficiary is not receiving Part D benefits.
