CONTRACTOR SITE ACCESS AND LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION. A. All Project personnel shall confine and limit their work and use of the Site to those areas within the defined limits of construction. All public and University rules, laws and requirements shall be obeyed and enforced by the Contractor. No tools, construction vehicles, or construction material other than those in transit, shall be permitted beyond the Site limits of construction, including Owner’s existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rooms, equipment rooms, and storage rooms.
