Common use of Contractor to County Clause in Contracts

Contractor to County. It is understood that the services provided under this Agreement shall be prepared in and with cooperation from County and its staff. It is further agreed that in all matters pertaining to this Agreement, Contractor shall act as Contractor only to County and shall not act as Contractor to any other individual or entity affected by this Agreement nor provide information in any manner to any party outside of this Agreement that would conflict with Contractor's responsibilities to County during term hereof.

Contractor to County. It is understood that the services provided under this Agreement shall be prepared in and with cooperation from County and its staff. It is further agreed that in all matters pertaining to this Agreement, Contractor shall act as Contractor only to County and shall not act as Contractor to any other individual or entity affected by this Agreement nor provide information in any manner to any party outside of this Agreement that would conflict with Contractor's responsibilities to County during term hereof, to the extent allowed by law.

It is further agreed that in all matters pertaining to this Agreement, Contractor shall act as Contractor only to County and shall not act as Contractor to any other individual or entity affected by this Agreement nor provide information in any manner to any party outside of this Agreement that would conflict with Contractor's responsibilities to County during the term hereof.

Contractor to County. It is understood that the services provided under this Agreement shall be prepared in and with cooperation from County and its staff. It is further agreed understood that in all matters pertaining to this AgreementAgreement does not create an exclusive relationship between County and Contractor, and Contractor may perform similar work or services for others. However, Contractor shall act as Contractor only to County and shall not act as Contractor to enter into any agreement with any other individual party, or entity affected by this Agreement nor provide any information in any manner to any party outside of this Agreement other party, that would conflict with Contractor's ’s responsibilities to County during term hereofor hinder Contractor’s performance of services hereunder, unless County’s Contract Administrator, in writing, authorizes that agreement or sharing of information.
