CONTRACTOR TO DELIVER MATERIAL. Upon termination for any reason, the CONTRACTOR shall promptly deliver to the CITY all documents, papers, drawings, models, or any other materials, which the CITY has exclusive rights, by virtue of this Agreement or any other services performed by the CONTRACTOR on behalf of the CITY.
