Common use of Contractor to Examine Site Clause in Contracts

Contractor to Examine Site. The Contractor is assumed to have visited the site of the Work and to have familiarized itself with the present conditions, and to have judged for itself the extent and nature of the Work to be done under this Contract. No extra compensation will be given to the Contractor as a result of its failure to include in its bid all costs of labor and materials necessary to complete the Contract Work.
