Common use of Contractor Training of Contractor Parties Clause in Contracts

Contractor Training of Contractor Parties. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, develop and provide each of its employee an outline of required tasks and the necessary training to successfully complete each task. The Contractor shall train its staff annually on State, Federal, and OSHA, shall include fall protection, blood-borne pathogens, fire safety, lead and asbestos awareness, proper mixing and application of the cleaning supplies, and an employee safety and injury prevention program. Contractor shall provide all trainings at the Contractor’s location. A Contractor representative shall accompany any new employee at the Facility to acclimate the employee with the required Custodial Services. Contractor shall provide documentation at the request of the Client Agency Designee demonstrating the Contractor’s employees had adequate training.
