Common use of CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT. A) Vehicles and Equipment. Contractor shall maintain vehicles and equipment in a safe, clean and sanitary condition at Contractor's cost. Contractor shall maintain records of all vehicle maintenance for the life of the vehicle. Vehicles and equipment shall be maintained in a manner so that they will not leak oil or other fluids. Vehicles and equipment that cannot be maintained in this manner shall not be used to provide the services covered as part of this Contract
