Contractor Warranty. If within one (1) year, or such other period set forth in the Contract Documents, any part of the Project or workmanship is found defective, non-conforming, or not in compliance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall promptly correct, repair or replace such part of the Project or workmanship. If the Contractor fails to do so, the District may take necessary action to correct, replace or repair such Work or workmanship at the cost and expense of the Contractor.
