Contractor’s Approval. The Contractor shall complete and include in the Approved Application Package:
4.2.4.1 The Contractor’s written notification to DPD that the project plan is in general conformance with the appropriate codes;
4.2.4.2 All forms necessary for permit issuance including: a. the DPD Permit Tracking System Information Form,
b. the Special Inspection Form, c. the Geotechnical Inspections Schedule, d. the Key Area Inspection Form, and e. an Energy Code Key Area Inspection Form as applicable.
4.2.4.3 The DPD Project Data Sheet including the numbers of hours spent on a. initial plan review; b. corrected plan review; c. applicant initiated revisions, and, d. more than two reviews.
