CONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION REGARDING A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE. 4.1 The Contractor certifies it shall provide a drug free workplace in accordance with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 81, and all applicable regulations. The Contractor is required to report any conviction of employees providing services under this contract under a criminal drug statute for violations occurring on the Contractor’s premises or off the Contractor’s premises while conducting official business. The Contractor shall report any conviction to the Department within five (5) working days after the conviction.
