Chapter 81, and all applicable regulations. The Contractor is required to report any conviction of employees providing services under this contract under a criminal drug statute for violations occurring on the Contractor’s premises or off the Contractor’s premises while conducting official business. The Contractor shall report any conviction to the Department within five (5) working days after the conviction.
