Monitoring and Records. Operator will be subject to scheduled and unscheduled monitoring reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. The City shall maintain records of all actions taken pursuant to this Operating Agreement, and shall make records available to Operator for inspection, if requested.

All records will be retained during the term of the Agreement and for a five (5) year period thereafter. Monitoring site-visits will be conducted at least annually. 12.1 Maintain inventory records for three (3) years after final payment is received or after all pending matters have been resolved to verify xxxxxxxx made for all WIC food items purchased. 12.1.1 Retain all sales receipts for transacted WIC checks during the current agreement period, for a period of one (1) year after final payment of WIC checks, or the completion of a receipt audit or inventory audit, whichever is later.
12.1.2 Provide timely transaction documentation as requested by the WIC program or local agency (LA) and fully cooperate in the resolution of any dispute arising in relation to eWIC transactions and redemptions.
12.1.3 Upon request, make available to representatives of the Department, USDA, the Comptroller General of the United States, and any other federal regulatory agencies, all WIC food instruments and sales receipts in the retailer’s possession and all other WIC program-related records.
12.2 Submit shelf prices for WIC approved foods to the Department, as requested.
12.3 Submit to the Department, within the timeframes outlined in Section II of the WIC Retailer Manual and eWIC Retailer Manual, information requested by the Department regarding retailer sales, including, but not limited to: a) annual income tax information;
Monitoring and Records. State Govt. may, from time to time, monitor and review the construction and operation and maintenance of the Regional MSW Facility including the disposal of Residual Inert Matter and the Rejected Waste at any given point during the Term. This includes but is not limited to accessing the Regional MSW Facility during working hours, when a request for inspection or a visit by State Govt. or its authorized representative has been made.
Monitoring and Records. 10.15.1 Samples and measurements taken for the purpose of monitoring shall be representative of the monitored activity.
10.15.2 The permittee shall retain records of all monitoring information including all calibration and maintenance records and all original strip chart recordings for continuous monitoring instrumentation, copies of the reports required by this permit, and records of all data used to complete the application for this permit, for a period of at least three years from the date of the sample measurement, report, or application. This period may be extended by request of the Administrator at any time.
10.15.3 Records of monitoring information shall include:
10.15.3.1 The date, exact place, and time of sampling or measurements;
10.15.3.2 The initials or name(s) of the individual(s) who performed the sampling or measurements;
10.15.3.3 The date(s) analyses were performed;
10.15.3.4 The time(s) analyses were initiated;
10.15.3.5 The initials or name(s) of the individual(s) who performed the analyses;
10.15.3.6 References and written procedures for the analytical techniques or methods used; and
10.15.3.7 The results of such analyses, including the bench sheets, instrument readouts, computer disks or tapes, etc., used to determine these results.
10.15.4 Monitoring must be conducted according to test procedures approved under 40 CFR Part 136, unless other test procedures have been specified in this permit.

The Government agrees to cooperate with UNOPS for monitoring all activities supported by the Contribution, and will allow UNOPS staff and representatives (including the internal and external UNOPS auditors and/or investigators) the full and unrestricted access to relevant financial records relating to this Agreement and to the implementation of the Project, and to personnel responsible for the administration of the Contribution provided by UNOPS.

12.3.1 Failure to submit requested documents or providing false information will result in the Department terminating this agreement.
12.4 Be monitored by the Department or its authorized representatives for compliance with this agreement and the WIC Retailer Manual and eWIC Retailer Manual, including but not limited to, onsite visit, inventory audit, and desk audit monitoring.

Monitoring and Records. 14.1 The Authorised Officer is the duly appointed and authorised representative of the Council for the purposes of this Contract and any consent required of the Council is deemed to have been given if given by him.
14.2 The Council shall during the Contract Period carry out monitoring/inspection of the Services including without prejudice to the generality of this clause:-
(a) quality of the Services
(b) general compliance with the Contract and all associated areas of legislation.
(c) verification of claims for payment.
14.3 The Company will allow access to the locations used by the Company for provision of the Services, such access to be made available at any reasonable time on not less than 24 hours’ notice for the purpose of carrying out such checks as the Council thinks necessary for the monitoring of the Services.
14.4 The Company shall provide the Council with all such information in connection with the Services as the Council may reasonably require from time to time
14.5 The Council may from time to time undertake formal quality control audits using consumer questionnaires, and the Company on such occasions shall co-operate in any such activities of the Council.
14.6 The Contract Manager or his duly authorised deputy shall attend regular review meetings with the Authorised Officer, such meetings to be held at the Council’s premises at a time and date convenient to both parties
14.7 The Company shall procure that the Authorised Officer may from time to time interview any of the Personnel in connection with the monitoring programme.
14.8 The Company shall at all times keep accurate and current records of all work carried out in the provision of the Services relating to the Services and shall keep such separate from records and information relating to any other business carried on by the Company. The Company shall permit the Council, its auditors or other representatives at all reasonable times on reasonable notice to inspect and take copies of all and any accounting documents and other information relating to the provision of the Services in the possession custody or control of the Company
