CONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION REGARDING A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE. The Contractor shall provide a drug free workplace in accordance with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 and all applicable regulations. The Contractor is required to report any conviction of employees under a criminal drug statute for violations occurring on the Contractor's premises or off the Contractor's premises while conducting official business. A report of a conviction shall be made to the Department within five (5) working days after the conviction.
