Common use of Contractor’s Control of Patient Care Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Control of Patient Care. Contractor reserves the right to determine where, when and if a Student may participate in the provision of care to its patients. Contractor will endeavor to utilize Student, and allow them to utilize as many of their skills in as many situations as possible. However, patient care is paramount and Student shall follow Contractor’s instructions with respect to the provision of patient care.
