Common use of Contractor’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Cooperation. The Contractor has the duty to fully cooperate with the State and provide any and all requested information, documentation, etc. to the state when requested. This applies even if this Contract is terminated and/or a lawsuit is filed.
