Common use of Contractor’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Cooperation. The Contractor has the duty to fully cooperate with the Lead State, NASPO ValuePoint, a Participating Entity, and a Purchasing Entity and provide any and all requested information or documentation to the Lead State, NASPO ValuePoint, Participating Entity, or Purchasing Entity when requested. This applies even if this Master Agreement is terminated and/or a lawsuit is filed.
