Common use of Contractor’s Documents Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Documents. Contractor shall prepare and maintain a set of documents (referred to as "Contractor’s Documents") relating to the execution of its Scope of Project. The Contractor’s Documents shall comprise of the following: (a) the Technical Specifications of the Works being performed by them; (b) documents required to satisfy the terms and conditions of all regulatory Approvals under Applicable Laws pertaining to the execution of Works being performed by them; (c) an up-to-date, complete set of "as-built" records of the execution of the Works, showing the exact as-built locations, sizes and details of the Works as executed As-Built Documents ("As- Built Documents"); (d) Maintenance Manual;
