Common use of Contractors, Etc Clause in Contracts

Contractors, Etc. Each Party shall require all contractors, subcontractors, professional service providers, and equipment suppliers or manufacturers to maintain insurance in amounts, with carriers and policy amounts approved by it, for workers compensation, liability, contractors’ liability and such other hazards as set forth in Schedule 4. Each Party shall be an additional insured on all policies (other than workers’ compensation and professional liability policies) procured by the other Party’s contractors, subcontractors, professional service providers, and equipment suppliers or manufacturers. To the extent permitted by insurer and commercially reasonable, a Party’s contractors, subcontractors, professional service providers, and equipment suppliers or manufacturers shall obtain waivers of subrogation in favor of the Parties from any insurer providing coverage that is required to be maintained under this Article XIII. 4845-2993-5922, v. 1
