Contractor’s Expense. If any inspection or testing reveals Defective Work, or if Work is otherwise not approved by Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, Contractor shall bear all costs associated with correction of such Work, including compensation for Owner Parties’ additional services attributable to such failure.
