Contractor’s Failure to Pay. If the Contractor fails to make any payment to an Included Third Party required by this Section 49.1 within 10 days of receipt of the Authority's notice requesting such payment, then the Authority may make such payment and deduct the payment amount from any moneys due or to become due to the Contractor and/or obtain reimbursement from the Contractor for such cost.
