Contractor’s liability for non-compliance of Safety Rules & Regulations. A. The executing department or the Head of Safety Dept, upon his satisfaction that the Contractor is not conforming to the safety requirement(s), may direct stoppage of work and require the Contractor to remedy the defects or supply the Omission/s as the case may be. The Contractor shall not proceed with the work until his compliance with such directions to the satisfaction of the executing department or the Head of Safety Department.
