Common use of Contractor’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Obligations. 1.1. The Contractor shall promptly and efficiently complete the Project in accordance with the provisions set out in Schedule One. 1.2. The Contractor shall comply with the accounting and information provisions of Schedule Two. 1.3. The Contractor shall comply with all statutory provisions including all prior and subsequent enactments, amendments and substitutions relating to that provision and to any regulations made under it. 1.4. The Contractor shall inform the Department immediately if it is experiencing any difficulties in meeting its contractual obligations.
