Contractor’s Ongoing Performance. ‌ The Contractor’s performance will be considered unsatisfactory if any complaint is received or multiple notices of non-compliance issued. In the case of the Contractor’s performance being considered unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to terminate the agreement at its own discretion. Any non-compliance notice needs to be remedied as soon as possible. Failure to take remedial actions following the receipt of a non-compliance notice might result in additional notices of non-compliance being issued. Non-compliance notices can be issued for any breach, including but not limited to failure to comply with the specifications and special conditions.

  • CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE 2.21.1 Contractor shall make citizen satisfaction a priority in providing services under this Agreement. Contractor shall train its employees to be customer service-oriented and to positively and politely interact with citizens when performing contract services. Contractor’s employees shall be clean, courteous, efficient, and neat in appearance and committed to offering the highest quality of service to the public. If, in the Director’s opinion, Contractor is not interacting in a positive and polite manner with citizens, he or she shall direct Contractor to take all remedial steps to conform to these standards

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.

  • Continuing Performance Each party is required to continue to perform its obligations under this contract pending final resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, unless to do so would be impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.

In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.
