CONTRACTOR'S PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE. The CONTRACTOR shall procure and shall maintain during the life of his contract, Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 for injuries, including accidental death to any one person, and subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 on account of one accident, and Contractor’s Property Damage Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Any subcontractor employed in connection with the work shall maintain such insurance unless the Contractor’s insurance covers the subcontractor and its employees.
