Contractor’s Reinforcement Obligations. Whenever an Operations Fire or Negligent Fire, whether on or off Contract Area, or any other forest fire on Contract Area, has not been suppressed by initial action and apprecia- ble reinforcement strength is required, Forest Service may require further actions by Contractor until such fire is con- trolled and mopped up to a point of safety. Such actions may include any or all of the following as necessary to fight such fire:
