Contractor’s Right to Terminate for Cause. Contractor may terminate this Contract upon 30 days written notice to ODHS, or at such later date as Contractor may establish in such notice, if ODHS is in default under Section 10.c. above, and ODHS fails to cure such default within 30 calendar days after ODHS receives Contractor's notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.
