Contractor’s Scope of Work. 6.1 Contractor hereby agrees that it will exert every reasonable and diligent effort to ensure that all labor employed by Contractor, including that of its Subcontractors for Work on the Project, shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents and shall incorporate the requirements set forth by applicable rules, regulations, codes and statutes of Permitting Authority.
