Contractor’s Scope of Work. 6.1 Contractor agrees to perform Services for the benefit of the City under the special terms, schedules, and conditions set forth in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall perform Services in accordance with that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by reputable members of its profession.
