Contracts (Privity. Act 1982 The promises and obligations of the Crown under this Deed are intended to confer a benefit on, and accordingly are enforceable against the Crown under the Contracts (Privity) Act 1982 by, each Creditor, provided that the parties to this Deed may, on request of the Crown, by deed vary or discharge any of the provisions of this Deed, without the consent or agreement of any Creditor.
