Common use of Contracts with Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Contracts with Subcontractors. a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract. b. Grantees are prohibited from subcontracting with for-profit organizations under this Contract. c.
