CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. (a) The Board and the Halton Secondary Unit assume no responsibility for any consequence arising out of the implementation of the Plan related to its effect on a teacher's Pension Plan provisions or income tax implications or any other employment related benefits. (b) A teacher wishing to participate in the Plan shall be required to sign a contract supplied by the Board before final approval for participation is given.
