CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The parties who are involved in this agreement are listed on Tier Zero and are based on current organisations which may share information, but the list shall not be exclusive to enable further identified parties to join the partnership when the occasion arises. The parties to the Agreement accept that the procedures within it will provide a secure framework for safeguarding the processing of information and information sharing in a manner compliant with their statutory and professional responsibilities.
