Contractual and Regulatory Consents. During the Interim Period, the Vendors will use their best efforts to cause the QNX Group to obtain all consents required to be obtained in order to carry out the transactions contemplated hereby in compliance with all Laws and agreements binding upon the parties hereto or the QNX Group, including the consents referred to in Schedules 3.1(6).
