Common use of Contractual Benefits Clause in Contracts

Contractual Benefits. You are entitled to all normal contractual benefits during paid Maternity Leave (except normal pay/salary and sick pay - see Section 5). However, during any unpaid period, if applicable, your contractual rights and obligations will remain the same as if you had exhausted your occupational sick pay.
