Contractual Components. The applicable CP/CPS of the signing, trusted root certificate shall be an integral part of this Subscriber Agreement Certificate Services and shall take precedence in the event of any dis- crepancies. Contractual Components. (a) This Framework Contract, and;
(b) The Offer of the Supplier, and;
(c) The Order of the Customer, and in exceptional circumstances;
(d) A Service Contract, and;
(e) any other relevant Notice.
Contractual Components. (a) A separate Service Contract might not rely on any other document.
(b) Where the Terms and Conditions in this Framework Contract shall satisfy the Customer, there shall be no requirement for a Service Contract, and;
(i) the entire agreement shall be set out in section 24 of this Framework Contract.

Contractual Components. The subscription description of the respective service ordered is an inseparable part of the contract.
Contractual Components. Where these GTC refer to contracts, a contract in- cludes the following contractual components:
1) the individual contract or the signed offer.
2) the order confirmation from Sunrise.
3) the published service descriptions, terms of use and terms of offer of Sunrise.
4) the provisions of Parts II and III of these GTC.
5) the provisions of Part I of these GTC. In the event of any discrepancy between the contrac- tual components listed above, the above order of pre- cedence shall prevail. If a constituent element of the contract is comprised of more than one document, in the event of any discrepancy, the document bearing the later date shall prevail. Unless confirmed in writing by Sunrise, the Customer’s General Terms and Conditions shall not form an inte- gral part of the contract.
