Common use of CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS; LIMITATION ON CREATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS; LIMITATION ON CREATION. Nothing in this act shall be construed to create any right, or authorize the creation of any right, which is not subject to future negotiations. If any provision of this article or any application of this article to any employee or group of employees is held to be contrary to law, then such provisional application shall be deemed invalid, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. The Board and association shall enter into negotiations to replace any provision found to be contrary to law.
