Contributing Evaluators Clause Samples

The 'Contributing Evaluators' clause defines the role and responsibilities of individuals or entities who participate in the evaluation process for a project, product, or service. It typically outlines who may serve as evaluators, the criteria for their selection, and the scope of their contributions, such as providing feedback, scoring, or assessments. This clause ensures that the evaluation process is conducted by qualified and impartial parties, thereby promoting fairness, transparency, and credibility in the decision-making process.
