Common use of Contribution of TI Allowance Clause in Contracts

Contribution of TI Allowance. Landlord shall contribute the TI Allowance toward the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of Tenant’s Work, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Amended Lease and this Work Letter. If the entire TI Allowance is not applied toward or reserved for the costs of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall not be entitled to a credit of such unused portion of the TI Allowance.
