Contribution Towards Union Expenses. The dues deducted under this Article shall be accepted by the Union as the regular monthly dues for those employees who are or shall become members of the Union and the sums so deducted from non-members of the Union shall be treated as their contribution towards the expenses of maintaining the Union.
