Contributions Beginning July 2018. Effective the first full pay period of July 2018, bargaining unit members covered by this Section 48.4 shall pay an additional one-half of a percent (0.5%) of pensionable compensation for a total of fourteen percent (14.0%) of pensionable compensation toward the cost of pension benefits as permitted by Government Code Section 20516.
