Control and Administration of the Trust Property. The control and administration of the Trust Property and the right to conduct the affairs of the Trust are vested exclusively in the Trustees and the Unitholders shall have no rights therein other than the rights specifically set forth in this Contract of Trust and they shall have no right to compel any partition, division, dividend or distribution of the Trust Property or any of the other assets of the Trust, except as specifically provided herein. The Units shall be movable property and shall confer upon the holders thereof only the interest and rights specifically set forth in this Contract of Trust.

No Unitholder shall be entitled to interfere with or give any direction to the Trustees with respect to the affairs of the Trust or in connection with the exercise of any powers or authorities conferred upon the Trustees under this Contract of Trust, except as specifically provided herein. The Units shall be movable property (personal property) and shall confer upon the holders thereof only the interest and rights specifically set forth in this Contract of Trust.

  • Application of Trust Money The Trustee shall hold in trust money or U.S. Government Obligations deposited with it pursuant to this Article 8. It shall apply the deposited money and the money from U.S. Government Obligations through the Paying Agent and in accordance with this Indenture to the payment of principal of and interest on the Securities.
