Control by Landlord. 32.1 Landlord reserves full control over the Building and Project to the extent not inconsistent with Tenant's quiet enjoyment and use of Premises. This reservation includes the right to establish ownership of the buildings separate from fee title to the real property underlying the Buildings, and to divide the Project into more than one lot. 32.2 Tenant shall, should Landlord so request, promptly join with Landlord in execution of such documents as may be appropriate to assist Landlord to implement any such action provided Tenant need not execute any document which is of a nature wherein liability is created in Tenant or if by reason of the terms of such document Tenant will be deprived of the quiet enjoyment and use of the Premises as granted by this Lease.
Control by Landlord. Landlord reserves full control over the Premises to the extent not inconsistent Illinois law and regulation or with Tenant's enjoyment of the same as provided by this Lease; provided, however, that such rights shall be exercised in a way that does not materially adversely affect Tenant's beneficial use and occupancy of the Premises, including the Permitted Use and Tenant's access to the Premises. Tenant shall, at Landlord's request, promptly execute such further documents as may be reasonably appropriate to assist Landlord in the performance of its obligations hereunder; provided that Tenant need not execute any document that creates additional liability for Tenant or that deprives Tenant of the quiet enjoyment and use of the Premises as provided for in this Lease. Landlord may, upon twenty-four (24) hours' prior notice (which may be oral or by email to the office manager or other Tenant-designated individual at the Premises; but provided that no time restrictions shall apply or advance notice be required if an emergency necessitates immediate entry), enter the Premises to (v) inspect the same and to determine whether Tenant is in compliance with its obligations hereunder, (w) supply any service Landlord is required to provide hereunder, (x) post notices of nonresponsibility and (y) show the Premises to prospective tenants during the final year of the Term and current and prospective purchasers and lenders at any time (in all situations provided that Landlord's personnel are accompanied by Tenants' authorized personnel in sensitive areas of the Premises). In no event shall Tenant's Rent ▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of Landlord's activities pursuant to this Section 29; provided, however, that all such activities shall be conducted in such a manner so as to cause as little interference to Tenant as is reasonably possible. If an emergency necessitates immediate access to the Premises, Landlord may use whatever force is necessary to enter the Premises, and any such entry to the Premises shall not constitute a forcible or unlawful entry to the Premises, a detainer of the Premises, or an eviction of Tenant from the Premises or any portion thereof.
Control by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Building any person who, in the judgement of Landlord is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner act in violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Building.
Control by Landlord. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall have control of the Project and, subject to the provisions of this Lease, including without limitation the last paragraph of Section 6.04, the Landlord may make such use of the Common Elements and permit others to make such use of the Common Elements as the Landlord may from time to time determine subject, in the case of use by others, to such terms and conditions and for such consideration as the Landlord may in its discretion determine, provided that such uses do not materially obstruct access to the Leased Premises and the Landlord may temporarily close all or any part or parts of the Project to such extent as may, in the opinion of the Landlord or any Consultants engaged by the Landlord in that regard, be legally sufficient to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of rights therein to any Person or the public.

Control by Landlord. (A) Landlord shall operate, manage, equip, police, light, repair and maintain the Common Areas in such manner as Landlord may in its sole discretion determine to be appropriate and in compliance with the requirements of applicable Condominium Documents (as hereinafter defined). Landlord may temporarily close any Common Area for repairs or alterations, to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of prescriptive rights therein, or for any reason deemed reasonably necessary by Landlord.

Control by Landlord. (a) Landlord directly or by contract shall operate, manage, equip, light, repair, replace, clean and maintain the common areas in such manner as Landlord may in its sole discretion determine to be appropriate. Landlord may temporarily close any common area for repairs or alterations, to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of prescriptive rights therein, or for any other reason deemed sufficient by Landlord. (b) Landlord shall at all times during the term of this Lease have the sole and exclusive control of the automobile parking areas, driveways, entrances and exits, and the sidewalks and pedestrian passageways and other common areas, and may at any time and from time to time during the term hereof restrain any use or occupancy thereof except as authorized by the rules and regulations for the use of such areas established by Landlord from time to time. The rights of Tenant in and to the common areas shall at all times be subject to the rights of Landlord, the other tenants of Landlord and other owners of stores in the Shopping Center to use the same in common with Tenant, and Tenant shall keep said areas free and clear of obstructions created or permitted by Tenant or resulting from ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s operation. If in the opinion of Landlord, unauthorized persons are using any of the said areas by reason of the presence of Tenant in the Shopping Center, Tenant, upon demand of Landlord, shall restrain such unauthorized person from the common areas or to prohibit the use of any said areas by unauthorized persons.
Control by Landlord. Landlord shall at all times have exclusive control of the Common Areas. Landlord shall have the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion and without the same constituting an actual or constructive eviction and without entitling Tenant to any abatement of Rent, to: (i) temporarily close the Common Areas to perform necessary maintenance; (ii) change the shape, size, location and extent of the Common Areas; (iii) make changes to the Common Areas, including, without limitation, changes in the location of driveways, entrances, passageways, doors and doorways, elevators, stairs, restrooms, exits, parking spaces, parking areas or sidewalks; or (iv) remove unauthorized persons from the Complex. Tenant shall keep the Common Areas clear of all obstructions created or permitted by Tenant. In exercising any such rights regarding the Common Areas, (i) Landlord shall make a reasonable effort to minimize any disruption to Tenant’s business, and (ii) Landlord shall not exercise its rights to control the Common Areas in a manner that would materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises without first obtaining Tenant’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Control by Landlord. All driveways, entrances, exits, aisles, parking spaces, truck-ways, and pedestrian sidewalks, pathways and ramps located on the Real Estate (collectively, "Common Areas") shall be available for the non-exclusive use, in common, of Tenant, all other tenants of the Building, Landlord and all other occupants of the development of which the Leased Premises are a part and their respective employees, guests and invitees, subject to any covenants or restrictions in any ground lease, underlying lease, easements, agreements, declarations or any other recorded documents applicable to the Real Estate or such Common Areas (the "Covenants"). Such Common Areas at all times shall be subject to regulation and management by Landlord and others entitled to regulate the same pursuant to the Covenants, and Tenant agrees to abide by the Rules, or by any rules or use limitations now or hereafter in place pursuant to the Covenants, and to use its best efforts to cause its employees, guests and invitees to do the same.
