Common use of Control by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Control by Landlord. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall have control of the Project and, without limiting the generality of anything contained elsewhere in this Lease, the Landlord may make such use of the Common Elements and permit others to make such use of the Common Elements as the Landlord may from time to time determine subject, in the case of use by others, to such terms and conditions and for such consideration as the Landlord may in its discretion determine, provided that such uses do not materially obstruct access to the Leased Premises and the Landlord may temporarily close all or any part or parts of the Project to such extent as may, in the opinion of the Landlord or any Consultants engaged by the Landlord in that regard, be legally sufficient to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of rights therein to any Person or the public.
