Control for HIA/FOIPP Purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, this Agreement and all documents compiled and prepared by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services or other documents referenced in this Agreement are subject to the provisions of HIA or FOIPP, as applicable, by which AHS is bound and shall remain under AHS’s control and be subject to AHS’s direction for the purpose of FOIPP. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between the requirements under FOIPP or HIA and the terms of this Agreement, FOIPP and HIA shall prevail.
