Location and Accreditation Restrictions. (a) The Facility shall be Accredited and Designated at all times during the Term.
Location and Accreditation Restrictions. The Services will only be provided within the Facility within the Region and only if and so long as the Facility remains Accredited and Designated. If and when the Facility ceases to be Accredited or Designated, or is placed under a conditional or probationary status in respect of same, the Operator will immediately notify the Region. In the event the Facility ceases to be Accredited or Designated, the Operator shall immediately cease performing the Services or allowing the Services to be performed until such time as the Accreditation or Designation of the Facility is fully restored. In the event the Facility is made subject to any conditional or probationary status or other directive, requirement, or limitation imposed by either the College, the Association or the Minister in respect of its Accreditation or Designation, respectively, then the Operator shall fully comply with any such requirement, directive or limitation and shall keep the Region fully and promptly informed of any issues relating to the Facility's status. The Operator covenants and agrees to fully comply with and abide by any terms, restrictions or other requirements imposed on the Facility or the Operator in respect of the provision of the Services therefrom which arise by virtue of its being Accredited or Designated.
