Control of changes to documents. Any member of the project may identify the need to update a document, and should then notify the approver of the document (see section 6.5.3 above). The document approver will decide whether the document should be amended. The Operational Co-ordinator / Workpackage Manager as appropriate will allocate responsibility for amending the document.
