Control of load by an Entrant if some load is controlled by an Incumbent: If either party (the “Entrant”) seeks to control part of a Consumer's load at a Consumer’s ICP, but the other party (the “Incumbent”) has obtained the right to control part of the load at the same ICP in accordance with clause 6.1 or 6.2 (as the case may be), the Entrant may only control the part of the Consumer's load that:
